I’m back in the service industry and there are STILL people who don’t think tipping is mandatory. I’m trying to work up the balls to confront them about it rather than just crying, which is what I did last week when some tables stiffed me. I know all I’m doing is bringing you drinks from the bar and it may not seem like hard work, but if you don’t tip me, I AM SERVING YOU FOR NO PAY. If you can’t afford to tip, then don’t go out to eat/drink. It’s part of the deal. But, to that awesome guy who kept giving me an $11 tip on a $9 drink order, you rock. Please come back.
